Brad Coreno

Anxiety & Mindset Coach

Hi all, thank you for visiting Upplifter!

A little bit about me – I have endured and overcome bouts of severe anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts and obsessive thinking since he was a young kid. As an entrepreneur, blogger/podcaster, and life coach, I have a deep passion for helping those experiencing heavy bouts of anxiety and negative, fear-based thoughts to reduce their stress and enhance their mindset.

Lack of stability, OCD-like thinking, and being bullied as a child along with losing my best friend to suicide at twenty years old changed the way I looked at the world. I went through bouts of depression, struggled with anxiety and have mastered the art of overthinking. But in the end, it was all a blessing of sorts because it has given me a strong desire to deconstruct myself, overcome these challenges and most importantly to share the information I uncover to benefit others.

Hobbies & Passions: I spent time in Los Angeles where I was pursuing my dreams of comedy writing before returning to Ohio to help grow a friend’s manufacturing sales business. I founded and ran an entrepreneur’s group in Cleveland, and currently run a podcast (Vintage Ballers on YouTube) interviewing former athletes. I also work on various writing projects and enjoy hanging with my nephews, live music & concerts, hiking & exercising, discovering new healthy foods, and traveling extensively for both work and leisure.

Brad has been a blogger since 2013 and a Certified Anxiety & Mindset Coach since 2021. Over his 15 year career Brad has developed many skills by working for several start up companies (including his own) as well as hosting a podcast interviewing former athletes and entertainers. During this time he also was gaining knowledge and learning the tools to manage and reduce anxiety, develop healthy and sustainable habits, and improve mindset. In 2019, Brad decided to use both his business acumen and mental health knowledge to help others by launching Upplifter.
